Cottage “El Hórreo de Hazas”

“El Hórreo de Hazas”is the result of wishful thinking. Our touristinc apartmentprovides a unique experiencefor those who are looking for the lovely summer temperatura at Cantabria, as well as peace, relief and being in touch with nature all along the year.

Totally built in the traditional way in chestnut tree wood and fine materials, and set up with cuddle to achieve máximum confort, we can offer a cottage for both, those who want a romantic getaway, or those who want to enjoy familiar, cultural or bicicle tourism (bicicles are given) or hiking.

All this without giving up having, 15 minutes car ride, excellent beaches (Ris, Trengandín, Quejo, Berria, etc.), charming maritime towns such as Santoña, Laredo, or Castro Urdiales, as well as a fast access to A-8 “Cantábrico” highway, which makes really easy visiting amazing places, for example, the “Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabárceno”, “El Soplao” caves, Santillana del Mar, Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera or the “Parques Naturales de las Marismas de Santoña” and the “Collados del Asón”.

Pets are welcome,  but it´s necesary to notice theres one coming previously, because the closure of the house can not guarantee an “adventurar’s” escape.

The lodging, fitted with an independent parking, is placed inside a large terrain of 11.000 m2, surrounded by a high height vegetal fence, where our houseis too, but the distance and a leafy fence line provides total privacy and Independence.
